Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Returns

   •  Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within or 30 day of delivery.

   •  Non-returnable items: Custom-made, personalized, or digital products are not eligible for return unless defective.

   •  Return process: To initiate a return, contact us at  craftyhoover@thecraftyshak.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return address.

2. Refunds

   •  Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

   •  Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

   •  Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

   •  We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at craftyhoovewr@thecraftyshak.com with photos and your order number.

4. Return Shipping

   •  Customers are responsible for returning shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

    •  We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

   •  If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right.
